As a personal trainer and strength coach in Liverpool Street, I can help you reach your training goals. I deliver focussed in-person workouts and detailed online programmes for you to follow. You can train with me multiple times per week, once per month, or on an ad hoc basis.

Here are some of the main personal training services I offer:

  • Strength and Conditioning – Perform better in your chosen sport and become more robust. Handle the demands of your sport better than ever, and set new personal bests.
  • Strength Training – Get strong for life, pursue powerlifting or learn Olympic weightlifting. The training varies, but it’s all based on solid strength training theory and experience.
  • Boxing/Kickboxing – Want to improve your cardiovascular health and relieve stress? Padwork sessions can be paired with structured gym training, or it can be the sole focus of our workouts.
  • Health and Gym Confidence – A lot of my Liverpool street PT clients have secondary goals to improve their body composition, boost their longevity, and learn how to train themselves.

Personal Training Services and Prices

Full PT – Personal training sessions conducted 2-4 times per week. Full programme support provided outside training if needed. Allow me to focus on the details so all you need to do is show up.

Standard pricing: £69-£85 per session. Discounts provided for 3 months upfront.

Part PT – Personal training sessions conducted once per week, once per fortnight, or once per month. Full programme support provided outside training if needed. Regular check-ins via email or text.

Standard pricing: £89 per session.

Online/Distance PT – Fully personalised training programme complete with videos and notes. One voice/Zoom call per month if needed for support. Additional check-ins via email or text. No face-to-face session included, but can be bolted on once per programme at reduced price.

Price: £99 per programme. £60 for additional in-person session.

Ready-made Programmes – I have created online programmes designed to deliver results in one highly specialised goal. These are sold as one-off products with no additional support (aside from some initial programme tweaking). These are perfect for anyone who is familiar with the gym but isn’t sure how to reach their goal. These are as follows:

  • 8-Week Deadlift Programme – prioritise your deadlift training for the next 8 weeks, and go for a new PB at the end of week 9. Complete with specialised deadlift exercises, and some time given to maintain the other fundamental movement patterns.
  • 8-Week Pullup Programme – spend your time building up your pullup strength. Work towards your first unassisted pullup, or a new pullup PB.

Other Benefits of Training with Me

Aside from being an experienced personal trainer in Liverpool Street, I provide a number of other benefits to working with me:

  • Your dedicated training slot – if you commit to a time and day for training each month, then that will be YOUR training slot. I will not give that training slot to other clients. No double-bookings or last-minute cancellations from me.
